Your satisfaction as a patron is guaranteed. Returns on purchases must be called in to Roughton Galleries no later than three days after reception. We ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container, and that you send your return via Federal Express / Second-Day Express. Returns must be insured for the maximum $500.00 Federal Express will allow. Roughton Galleries is not responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling. If you wish to make a return, simply notify us at 1-866-273-3797 (From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST).
After we receive your return, we will credit your credit card or issue you a check for the price of the artwork or book. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on commissioned artwork.
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damaged, call us immediately at 1-323-882-6114 (within 24 hours) so we can arrange for a pick up. Please do not discard the packaging materials.
Shipping charges are based on the size, weight and location of recipient. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the credit card charge at time of shipping. You will be e-mailed or called notifying you of all related charges before your credit card is charged. Since each artwork or book is shipped to you directly from Roughton Galleries, delivery times and shipping costs will be quoted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within two weeks of ordering it. Some items, depending on availability, can take up to 4 weeks to deliver. We offer expedited delivery service, at an additional cost, for any product shipped from our Galleries. To order Priority Over-Night Delivery, please e-mail Roughton Galleries or call us at 1-866-273-3797 for a price.
We guarantee delivery of your product in the time you request it. Our preference for shipping is Federal Express Second-Day, which requires a street address and telephone number.
To make a purchase from outside the U.S. or to ship outside the U.S., please complete your order online, by phone or by fax. Once we have received your order, a representative from Roughton Galleries will contact you about shipping charges. All international shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You can generally assume that if you buy an artwork or book that is in stock, you will receive it within two weeks of placing your order. Delivery times do vary, however, based on product availability (framed verses unframed). All artwork and book orders originate from Roughton Galleries.
